Interim manager for the People Department (HR); responsible for all activities of the Data Management and Reporting team (6 FTE). Designed a custom Data Governance model (policies, Roles and responsibilities) and the accompanying Data Management policy to fit the very specific organizational requirements. The Data management policy provides coverage of a large part of the DMBOK wheel, including Data Quality, Data Architecture, Data Assets (meta deta), Data Security, Data Modelling and Design and Data Storage & Operations.
